Coming from North: 1) take the highway A1, exit “Ceprano”, then you can take a) S.S. N° 82, named “San Giovanni Incarico-Pico” and stop at the crossroad Fondi-Lenola b) or cross the following towns: Falvaterra-Pastena-Lenola-Fondi, then stop at the crossroad Fondi-Lenola 2) Coming from Rome, exting from G.R.A., Grande Raccordo Anulare, a) take the S.S.148 “Pontina” direction Napoli, and stop at Fondi b) take the S.S.7 “Appia” direction Napoli, and stop at Fondi.
South: You can take the Highway A1, exit “Cassino”, and continue to Pignataro-San Giorgio a Liri-Ausonia-Spigno Saturnia-Formia (follow the highway Cassino-Formia), then a) take the S.S. N° 156 “Flacca” from Gaeta to Fondi; b) take the S.S. 7 “Appia” from Itri to Fondi. ( it is a shorter way, but it's full of curves) You can also get to Fondi from Naples taking the “Tangenziale”, then the A1 or the S.S. 7 “Domiziana quater”
By Train: Fondi' s train station is the middle between Rome a Naples, and you can take a train every hour in both directions. The city of Fondi provides a bus that connect the station to the city centre.
